NEW TALENT WEEK



Your first week will be spent learning and getting hands-on with all the Bolder Basics.

Bolder Basics actually are not basic at all, Bolder Basics are much higher standards set at a Beginner Level. 

Bolder Service times and prices also reflect this difference.

In New Talent Week, you will be trained in very specific areas on mannequins, models, and other stylists.


-Bolder Client Consultation

Bolder Client Consultations have a specific set of questions (that you must learn and remember) which will help you be a better and more communicative hairdresser.  A proper consultation saves time and money, and rewards you with client satisfaction and retention.


-Bolder Client Relaxation

The Bolder Shampoo and Scalp Massage is the first skill set in our unique salon experience and your feedback will come direct from Misty's clients who are spoiled with this ultimate relaxation. It is an absolute goal to de-stress our clients from everyday life.


-Bolder Blowout

Bolder Blowouts are always quick with a lot of volume and a very soft, smooth, and shiny finish.  The mastery of this is absolutely critical to the salon experience.  We strive to give clients 'Salon Beautiful' hair that they otherwise cannot usually give themselves.


-Bolder Haircut

The Bolder Haircut has a very specific process of cutting, cross-checking, multiple choices of tailored texturizing, more cross-checking, and a tailored finish.  We ensure maximum tailoring with a haircut that is always even, every time.  Tailored Bangs and Face Framing is also a specialty.


-Bolder Color

A color is never Just a color at A Bolder Blonde.  That's why they're called a Bolder Color.  You will learn the importance of clean color applications as a courtesy to our clients, as well as a plethora of ColorMelting techniques to ensure beautiful dimensional color every time.


-Bolder Foil

Bolder Foils have very specific placement around the hairline and the part for ultimate blending and natural appearance. 

(We Do Not do mohawk placement, diagonal placement, or bricklaying placement.  These particular placements are Only used when a client is desiring a unique and very obvious look).

We also have specific foil weaves for our Bolder Foils to achieve specific looks.


-Bolder Specialty Color

Bolder Specialty Color Training includes our techniques for Balayage, Balayage Ombre, Shadow Root Reverse Balayage, and ColorMelting using our ColorCombing and WaterColoring techniques.

BOLDER COLOR WEEK



Three months after New Talent Week you'll learn the basics of Bolder Color Theory for Color-Corrections and spend a week getting hands-on with mannequins doing Level One Bolder Color Workshops.


-Level One Bolder Color Workshops

Learn Bolder's own new color theory for color-corrections.

Learn Bolder Priming and Bolder Decolorizing using Bolder Color Charts.

After your new color theory classes, you'll spend Thirty-Two hours getting hands-on with Bolder Workshops for the rest of the week.


-Bolder Custom Extension Workshop

Six months after New Talent Week you'll learn the process of our Custom Extensions, from; proper custom ordering, seam color-matching, seam low-shed sealant, custom coloring, custom cutting, and styling.


-Bolder Custom Wig Workshop

Nine months after New Talent Week you'll learn the process of our Custom Wigs, from; proper custom ordering, wig hair re-texturing, wig hair cutting and texturizing, and custom wig styling.

A mood board and creation of Spring and Fall Fashion Week with an Everyday Wear follow-up for clients.

Bolder's own mood board and creation of Fantasy and Fashion concepts.

 -Pantone Color Seasonal Trends 

Bolder's own mood board and creation of Pantone seasonal colors.

All Creative Teams will then teach In-Salon Education for achieving their Runway To Everyday, Social Trends, and Pantone Seasonal Looks.

LEADERSHIP PATHWAY



A Bolder Blonde looks to additionally educate its Advanced Bolder Stylists to lead the way and elevate our stylists by remaining current on outside education.  If an Advanced Bolder Stylist exhibits a tenacity for a specific service, they can become a Bolder Talent Leader for that service.  A Bolder Blonde will cover all costs for this continued education through the sales of our BBolder Haircare.




TALENT LEADERS



-Men's Grooming

Encompassing current barbering skills such as clipper cutting techniques, scissor over comb techniques, beard grooming and design, and hair etching design.


-Classic Color And Classic Cut

Encompassing all Classic and Core education with Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, and Aveda.


-Fantasy Color And Fantasy Cut

Encompassing all Contemporary education from Tigi and contemporary brands.


-Upstyles, Extensions, And Wigs

Encompassing all traditional and contemporary education to stay on-trend.

All Talent Leaders will then teach In-Salon Education to Bolder Stylists for their Featured Talent.

MASTER TRAINER LEADER



A Bolder Blonde's Master Trainers are on a pathway where they can choose to continue to be a Master Trainer or move up to Master Manager, Headmaster, and Headmaster Partner Owner. 

As a Master Trainer, you are in charge of all education for Bolder Stylists, alongside your Master Leader Peers (Master Manager and Headmaster Owner). 

 As a Master Trainer you are in co-charge of:

 Bolder Advancement Week

 Bolder Workshops

  Bolder Stylist Trainer

As we expand our business, A Bolder Blonde will offer their Master Stylists a suite owner pathway where they can choose to be their own boss with Bolder Salon Suites. 

A Bolder Blonde will help guide them with Branding, Business, and Ownership Responsibilities.  We are absolutely invested in seeing our stylists succeed, no matter which path they choose.

A Master Manager oversees literally everything that happens in the salon.
